Amazing stay for families
Great customer service, convenient location, quiet hotel, clean, breakfast included.
Great value for money.
Visited Houston to go to the Natural History Museum and Space Center.
The location is very convenient close to the airport and to Houston's main attractions.

滅多に口コミは書かないんですが、ホテルの対応がよかったため書きます。

まず、ヒューストンの土地勘がなく、選ぶ基準もなかなか見つからず
エイヤー！で、トリップアドバイザーのランキングからこのホテルをチョイス。
ホテルのグレード以上の価値あります。

部屋は広く、冷蔵庫あり、水圧良好、ホテルスタッフも親切。
駐車場はホテルの真ん前で、最高です。
(たまに大きいホテルだと駐車場からホテルまで少しあることもあるので・・・。)

アメリカのホテルではドライな対応をするビジネスホテルが多い中、このホテルは満足です。
珍しく不満な点がありませんでした。
ドライヤーが壊れていましたが、それを伝えたところ、すぐに新品のドライヤーを用意してくれ、解決。(翌日にはちゃんと壁に備え付けてくれてました。)

マネージャーのHannaさんをはじめ、どのスタッフも対応がよく、快適な滞在となりました。

Very Nice Hotel For The Price
A last minute business trip took me to this part of Houston.  I usually work and stay in downtown, but needed to be closer to my assignment and booked a room here based on the excellent reviews.  

The hotel is nice.  Other comments note the rather large and odd looking disinfecting booth in the lobby and I thought it was really strange.  I think the owners would be wise to remove it.  But the lobby itself is clean and functional.  The lady at the front desk had a rather eccentric appearance that I found a bit off putting, but she was competent and reasonably friendly.  

The room was very clean and surprisingly quiet - the hotel is adjacent to a BUSY service road, but the rooms face perpendicular to the service road and have modern, double paned windows, so there was absolutely no issue with road noise.  However, the hotel had a lot of children staying there on a Sunday night and many of them were roaming the lobby and hallways unaccompanied.  This isn't really the fault of the hotel.  PARENTS:  Your kids are YOUR responsibility.  Act accordingly by keeping them safe and preventing them from disturbing other guests.  

The price was also quite good given the cleanliness of the hotel, the modern room, and the convenient (for me) location.  If I could be Hotel King For A Day, I would ask the management or owners of this hotel to do the following:

1.  Impose and enforce grooming and dress standards for all staff.  I 100% support people being free to dress and groom as they see fit - on their own time.  Customer facing employees in the hospitality industry should be required to look and act relatively mainstream when on duty. 

2.  Require parents who bring their children to the hotel to sign a form acknowledging a 9:00pm curfew for unaccompanied children under the age of 18.  Children running the halls at night is not safe nor is it conducive to the rest and relaxation of other guests.  

Other than those two relatively minor points, it's a fine hotel that represents a true value for the business traveler who doesn't need to be downtown.

Best hotel ever

Great place
Overall - nice place to stay. Got chuckle from the "beam me up Scottie" disinfection booth in the lobby.  Very nice to find actual food in the morning instead of bag of breakfast bars, water, fruit or nothing as at most of the hotels we have been. Nice Christmas Tree at lobby and clean Hotel

Perfect Hotel in Houston
Comfort suites Northwest Houston at beltway 8 is awesome hotel, there is cleansing booth at entrance i never seen in anywhere , it gives perfect cleansing opportunity, Gamze is awesome at FD she made my check in smooth and informative, rooms were nice and even seen who cleaned the my room with small note at bed. Breakfast is delicious with hot service , loved Texas shape waffle! I certainly advise this awesome hotel to all. Great jobs! Dont miss to take memorible pictures with great christmas tree at lobby!
